What we collect and why

• The website address you test and the test result - to run the test and show you the report. Our legitimate interest. Kept 24 months.
• Technical request data, such as IP address and time - for security, abuse prevention and bot protection. Our legitimate interest. Kept 90 days.
• Your email address, if you sign up for updates - to send you those updates. Your consent. Kept until you unsubscribe.
• Reports you send us - to fix the tool. Our legitimate interest. Kept until the issue is fixed, at most 24 months.
• Your email address, if you give it with a report - so we can reply. Your consent. Deleted when the report is resolved, at most 12 months.
• Your email address and the report link, if you ask for a quote - so we can reply about fixing what the report found. Your consent. Kept until we have handled the request, at most 12 months.

We keep encrypted backups for up to 8 weeks. Data you've asked us to delete may remain in backups until they expire.

The person who ran a test can share its report's link: anyone with the link can open that report, and report links are unlisted.

Who receives it

Service providers who host the site, store data, send emails, protect against bots and help us find errors, under contracts that require them to protect it.

Transfers

Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its use, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (session, bot protection). No analytics or advertising cookies.
